Power Systems Conference 2011 at Clemson University

Dr. Fan attended PSC 2011 at Clemson University March 14-18, 2011. The theme of the conference is communication and automation in smart grids. Panel sessions are heavily on protection and distribution automation.

NAPS 2010

H. Yin will present her paper "PMU data-based fault location techniques" in the coming NAPS meeting at U of Texas at Arlington on Sep 26, 2010.

IEEE ECCE 2010

Dr. Fan will attend IEEE ECCE 2010 meeting at Atlanta GA in the week of Sep. 13.

DOE-UMN workshop on undergraduate energy system curriculum development

Dr. Fan attended DOE-UMN workshop meeting on Aug. 9-10 at UMN.

IEEE PES GM 2010

Dr. Fan and three graduate students (C. Zhu, H. Yin and Y. Wehbe) in her group attended IEEE PES GM 2010 at Minneapolis, MN July 25-July 30. She was the co-session chair of PV grid integration paper session on Thurday morning.
